Dr. Peter Frost
- Peter Frost holds the Edgar F. Kaiser Chair in Organizational
Behaviour in the Sauder School of Business at The University of
British Columbia. For the past twenty-five years he has studied and
written about issues of leadership with particular attention to
organizational culture and to emotions in the workplace. Peter's
latest book, Toxic Emotions at Work, has won the 2003 Terry Fox
Prize awarded by the Academy of Management for "outstanding
commitment to advancing management knowledge." |
